Having issues with scanmaster update..........................help

I bought the powerlogger used. I have been fighting with the scanmaster and i feel stuck. here is where I am at.

Update the PowerLogger: The PowerLogger must be installed, connected to
your laptop, and the vehicle key must be on. Open My Documents, and open the
PowerLogger folder. Double click on the UpdatePL20.exe file (some computers
may not show the .exe) The software will open a window and request the serial
port. This the same port that PLC uses to communicate with the PowerLogger.
Type the port number and press enter. The Software will request the update file
name, type PL020 and press enter. The Software will send the new update to the
PowerLogger. Note, PowerLogger update files all end in .S19, enter the filename
without this S19 extension

I do not have the UPDATEPL20.exe, I do have FLASHPL20.exe. I open up the flashpl20 and it asks for the COM port. mine is 5.

well here is a pic........??? I am lost. I will add the power logger works fine. I can adjust chip parameters, log w/b. I dont have anything else hooked up yet. i.e. boost, iat, whatever, f/p? anyways Thank you in advance. I am sure it is something completely obvious or I hope.

I am hoping it is something as simply and not using the right file. It says reflash so..........if someone could send me the correct software.

Try a different port?

Update it from the GUI. Tab F1 It will autoselect the port

updated the power logger from the help screen in the power logger console. key on hooked up, not monitoring. Everything is talking beautifully now! thanks Eric!!!!
