Head question

I am taking my heads to the machinist for a valve job and ass. after some head porting.I need to give him the install height and pressure for the valve springs(CC 980's)--does anyone have this info handy or on the top of their head--thanks for any info
Also--does anyone know the part number for ARP head bolts for our cars----(190,000's)
