Now I have 1-1/2" long 3/8 studs other end unf other unc, with 12 point arp 3/8 unf nuts+norlock washers.
Looks like they cannot come loose anymore....:)
 
The only one I couldn't convert to a stud was the driver front where that stupid 3 way AC/Alt bracket has a tiny hole. Guess I should have hit that brakect with a drill now that I think about it, so it would fit on a new stud.
 
I'm putting together some stud kits, and turbo to downpipe kits too.

Yes McMaster has everything needed to get this done. I would use SS set screws with SS serrated flanged nuts.
