headers and exhaust

Has anyone seen any headers for the 3800 series 1 engines? i know they make em for the supercharged and non series 2 but i cant find any series 1 anywhere. any ideas?

if i got all new pipe ran from my cat back with a new muffler would it benefit me to replace the cat with a hi flow cat or something or wont that affect the performance or sound too much? anyone know what mufflers have a nice deep rumble or any exhaust setups that will gimme that sound?
