headers cracking

does anybody know how to stop the headers from cracking all the timei think i have more weld on mine then the original metal

I know what you mean. I just had mine welded AGAIN today. The only permnent fix I know if is to buy quality aftermarket headers. The original manifolds always had this problem. Even the intercooled manifolds suffered the same.
