If you ever make it down to Osan I guarantee you'll run into the "flowaa lady"...

Can't believe she's still alive...she's a legend at Osan haha.

Been There... Done that =]

Looks like I'll be down at Camp Humphreys near Osan. Anyone been there or stationed nearby?

I was at Osan from 92-93, Im sure things have changed quite a bit since then. If you're out that way... just outside of the south gate there are a lot of great shops... but the hidden treasure is the resturants above the shops. A lot of them you'd have no idea they were there except a narrow steep stairway that you see from the sidewalk. When I left they were just building a high school on the base, in the mean time we were all bussed to Seoul-American HS....all the way to Seoul... that was the longest school bus ride ever. Also, on base I did a summer hire program for EOD... TONS of FUN! Going up on the hill in a tank and blowing stuff up in a secure shelter....now that was an awesome first job.

Well... have fun over there...stay safe and thanks for serving. =]
