Yes they did. The year spread is
1981-1983 Regal coupe
1984-1987 Regal coupe
Now with a little work you can interchange them.Two of the screws go in at an angle. All you need to do is screw them straight in. Personally I like the 81-83 style with the flush side markers.Plus they dont wink after sitting in the hot sun.
