Headliner Backer Board

Hi-
might have seriously goofed on this one. pulling out nasty headliner and the headliner backer board broke. anyone offer replacements? this is an 86 sunroof car. The board is two sections (front and back). the back section is pretty simple flat piece that i could easily make myself. However, front is molded, and would be very difficult to make. thx.
