Same story for me. Great piece, but stand back when you pull it out of the box as it "wants" to be flat..... Removal and install required a little acrobatics; having an assistant really helps. Looks great and feels solid. I am glad I did this instead of trying to "fix" my original one. This headliner will probably outlast the car.
