Heater Core Replacement, Help Me Please

Guys my heater core has just started to leak, I noticed a small puddle of antifreeze under the car yesterday and sure enough it was leaking under the Passenger side of the dash.

I bought a new heater core at AutoZone, I'm going to try to replace it tommorow. The car is a 1983 Regal that came with a non turbo 6 in it, I put the Chevy 305 in it. Any tips or help on how I should go about this project would be EXTREMELY Helpful!!
