Do the HA cars use the same heater valve as the IC cars?

I used my 85 on my 87 conversion. That valve don't know what car it's on.

That is the one I have. I was hoping the HA unit would have some kind of bend in the tube, for easier mounting. THANKS fella's!

Yep,same valve. It should be the metal version. Some of the aftermarkets are plastic.
