Help Car Breaks Up With Any Boost!

Hay I had a t-type that did the same thing. Brought it to some joke. Charged my $450.00 to tell me he couldn't find it. Then brought it to this race shop. The guy looked under the hood 2 min. and said it was fixed. It was JUST the pos. led from the bat. to the main board.....

what about the charging system? If it isn't working properly,it won't get enough fuel and it won't boost
Does the voltage light "light up" when first turn the key to the "on" position?
