Help, Is my car running right???

Yes ive been trying, i turned the rod 2turns, and the car went lean, but i wne t back 1, and max my fuel on the chip WOT, and its at 792-760 O2s, then i started adding timing, but im at 28/23 and it still niot getting knock, anyway i stop going up on timing, be cause my G-TECh stop working, but i had shaved 4tenths off my 1/4mi time. Thanks alot, i need a street chip, or a alky kit to do anymore.
