Im tryin to go Sun Tzu up in this Mother f*&%'er. It seems like everybody knows how to steal my car but myself. I want to get to know my cars weakness's, its faults and learn exactly how people steal it. Getting inside I understand, very easy, its after you break the column that I am interested in.
Basically the idea is to get know my enemy and find a way to remedy it. Ive got an innovative game plan but need to know better a couple of things.

PLEASE DO NOT POST IT ON HERE!!! Just PM me.

Hopefully some people Ive bought stuff from can vouch I am legitimate. Just in case heres a pic of me working on my car.

just buy a column guard from pepboys that will help, and add a fuse link to the fuel pump so when u park the car you can remove the fuse.

Put it in the garage and don't let it out of your sight.:D
Collar lock, Kirbans "mystery theft deterrent", are good. I'm sure there's many others including Rottwieller and a .45 -That's just a little of what I use:cool:

Oh yeah and you can use the red 300zx to block the garage door too.

Lol! Yeah I got a RidgeBack that will tear someone apart and a .40 caliber to numb the pain, just not the money to deal with the legal issues.

Ive got kill switchs down, and I know about Kirbans, just have something else cooking. Im sure there are things the theif would expect like kill switches so I have come up with my own mystery deterrent. Its just one of those things I have to hash out or else I will go crazy thinking about it.

Trunk monkey fired

Trunk Monkey!!!!

LOL!!! Trunk Monkey was awesome till he started demanding health insurance, and benefits. Then the state came down on me about not having workers compensation plus the work environment lacked proper ventilation and bathroom facilities (which I dont understand cause he loved flinging his poo anyways)

+1 on the column guard, I am also going to get Lojack, or some sort of tracking device in case it gets towed!

I had a chance to talk to the president of Ravelco. Cool Guy. Nice product. I was going to put it on my DD's but no one wants to steal them...;)

Lets get on subject

Ok guys, I appreciate the suggestions, but no one had told me the process by which theifs steal our cars. Please PM me what they look for to get our cars cranked up and running.

Anyone who works on security alarms, could they please PM me on this???

I have a switch that kills spark. It was in car when I bought it and is somewhere no one would look. It cranks and cranks but will never start.

Its real easy to still are cars. U should go to a junk yard and take a hammer and regular screwdriver and u will find out how easy it is to still are cars. U don't even need a hammer just a nice screwdriver and bye, bye to your car. There are alot of ways to prevent are cars from being stolon but if somebody really wants it they'll get it especially if they have a cherry picker or tow rig in the back of there truck and hook up the car and go.

I would find way to disconnect power to the computer and fuel pump. And get a good car alarm. Thats what I did. The trunk monkey is awesome to have too;)

Ravelco

Have a look at this...Ravelco Anti Theft Device It's what I chose for my new F350...;) I feel very confident that unless a thief comes with a tow truck, it's next to impossible to defeat.

Claude ;)

Hey Claude how much money does it set you back? Diomedes on the Ravelco site they go over what thieves do to defeat security devices. The club, the collar are all defeated in under 30sec. Diomedes I also have one of those custom hood props, my hood shocks took a dump needto find some for a fiberglass hood ..

"meanchicken", you need to have it installed by Ravelco themselves. There are several installers throughout the country...check their website for the installer nearest you. Don't worry about the quality of their job...every wire is soldered and hidden inside the factory wire looms and are all the same color (black). You get two "plugs" (no two are alike, and only the right one for you will work...) with the kit and you can buy extra ones directly from Ravelco but you'll need to show proof of the vehicle ownership, as well as the original invoice to get another one.

Claude.
