I bought what I thought to be a NEW cam button off a board member awhile back, just now setting up cam and it was brought to my attention that apparently half the shims were missing out of the original RESEALED packaging. So, if anyone has left overs they're willing to part with for a reasonable fee, please let me know. I need .035 total in shims to get my cam set-up. Thanks for any and all replies, John.:cool:

I may have some laying around from my TSM engine. Check tonight.

I would really like some detailed pictures of cam button

Hello John: I can't help you with the shims; but you may can help me with some good pictures of your camshaft retaining set up . I am in the process of putting my 109 block motor together, and plan on using a comp cam. I would like to see the best method to retain the cam. What cam are you using. Pictures would really be appreciated. Thanks Jerry Berger Sr. Good luck with your engine build
