You can pull the tank and do it that way. Doing it that way you can check if it has a new fuel pump and see how your tank is holding up. What chip do you have.

Computer is under the kick panel on the passenger side, once you get to it, remove the small plate on the ECM, chip is underneath plate, may have to pull chip and look at backside to see who made it

Be careful pulling and installing the chip to make sure you don't bend any of the pins. You will see what I am talking about once you pull it. Sometimes if you gently rock the chip back and forth when removing it will come out easier.
