My 84 GN is stock and has about 60,000 miles on it. It starts like a champ and runs great for a while about 30-40 minutes but once it gets warmed up it likes to shift gears when it is not suppose to making it bog down. At stop signs I would have to shift to first gear by hand and sometimes give it some gas to keep it from killing on me and when it does kill it has a hard time starting back up. Once it cools down for a couple hours it runs great again.
I have read it could be the MAF but I could use some help on this one, Thanks
It could be a MAF, or a module, or a fuel pump, or another item or even 2?
Without some sort of scan tool and/or a fuel pressure gauge to isolate the possible problem or problems, it will prove to be difficult to diagnose unless some more information is provided.
