Help needed to ID a turbo

Turbonetics turbochager with the following numbers. Was told it was a CPT 61.
It has a 4" inlet and a 2 1/2" outlet on the compressor side with the #T-25499.
The exhaust side has a casting # 20240 and A/R 68.
Can anyone tell me what is the rating of this turbo?

That is one of cottons performance turbos. He no longer lists that turbo on his site but I'm sure if you call they can tell you everything you want to know. Hope this helps.
