at idle my o2 volts are bouncing around from almost 0 to like 850, at wot stays in 680-high 700 range, when i bring up boost slowly i get no knock until i get into overdrive, then if i mash it all of a sudden i get lots of knock, highest recall was 19.9, when it hit overdrive it hit 4.9 then went down, is this normal???

The O2's are supposed to bounce all over the place while at idle. It's the nature of the type of sensor we use. At WOT you would be safer to try and keep them up in the high 700's and low 800's. You're running pretty dangerously lean, and you'll need to figure out why that is and try and correct it.
Don't allow the knock retard to get that high (19.9), you're damaging your head gasket everytime it happens.

lots of things here to check
give us your combo, chip, inj, turbo, boost level, etc

te44, bluetops 36lb, red armstrong 93chip. 17-18lbs,on stock ic, but i made a mistake at wot they stay around 780, i just rechecked today

Have you done the recommended spring cleaning? I believe the website is down for the moment but it mostly entails your typical tuneup stuff ie, new plugs, wires, oil, pcv, fuel filter, intercooler cleaning, etc, etc.
Some newer style chips might be helpful too. I like my TurboTweak chip from Eric. You don't mention your exhaust. Are you running a cat? That's a big plug in the system too.

turn boost down 1/2lb or 1lb how much knock? You want to see no more than 1 or 2 knock deg.

using Reds chip93 stock intr 17lb boost is norm.

try tuning using 1/8 or 1/4 mi runs in drive car should pull strong.

most evreything has been replaced within the past 6 months, ie spark plugs and wires 02 sensors, wastegate etc...

my tps at wot was off by almost a full point, but i cant get the tps at idle and the tps to stay in the suggested ranges, right now my idle tps is 1.36 and my wot is 4.7 , will having my tps this high at idle hurt my car?

another problem is i think im running too hot, my coolant temp is in the range range of 205-220 on stock ic? help?

tps at should be .40-.44 move tps up and down and back and forth. If no change try new tps.

On over heating do you have a 160 thermo, make sure fan relays are working
hi/lo/delay. To do this check the search. Make radiator is in good condition.

Running too hot wil add to any knock problem you have.

Having the idle tps that far out of whack will definately make the car run pretty strange!!

In a nutshell, adjusting the nose of the tps sensor up and down adjusts the idle setting, moving it fore and aft adjusts the wot setting. I like to pull mine all the way forward (highest wot setting), then tighten the bolts just enough to make it difficult to adjust by hand (so it wont move around much) and then make small up or down adjustments to the front of the sensor to get the idle voltage you need.
It's MUCH more improtant to get the idle setting correct than it is the WOT setting.
get the idle setting set to .40-.42 before attemting to troubleshoot anything else.

ok ill put the tps back down low, i dont know if i have a 160 thermostat, but would it be okay to run with no thermo?

It's best to run a thermo if daily driver.
Keep in mind a stock turbo car thermo is 180 so under normal driving 200deg
or more is normal.
