on my 87 gn over the weekend i converted my powermaster to a vac setup....well i love it.... sat. night as i was out driving it...everything was fine.. as the night went on .. my transmission started acting strange.. first- i come to a stoplight and the car died.. seemed like the lockup never unlocked...it did that several time.. and the car started shifting erraticlly... and finally the you punch it from a dead stop ... the car will never shift out of 1st....till you let off the gas... hmmmm well my question is.. could converting over to the other brakes have caused anything like this... i have doulble cheched everything --... also yesterday .. i pulled off the tranny pan and all looked good... clean ... help help.. if anyone has any ideas......

Well.....
Nothing you did with the brake conversion could cause this with the exception of the brake switch being disturbed, or wiring pinched between the brake brackett and firewall. Other than that , motor wise...No.....
Relieved are ya? Well go check the wires and tcc/brake switch for being disturbed and/or grounded somewhere.
