HELP! vacuum check valve.....

It there a vacuum source on our cars thats has some type of check valve in it to isolate it when you get into boost. I need to tap into a line like this for this T400 tranny.

I'm quickly running out of time. I already prepaid to race at the nats and my car isnt ready to be started or driven and no where near ready to be raced. I'm way to lazy to be this busy!

I knew the others mentioned did have the check valve.
