help with 200-4R swap into my Z28

right now my car is equipped with a T56
i'm wanting to swap to an A4 trans and keep overdrive
i dont care much for the 4L60e or 700 and i think the 200 would be a better choice

i am in need of info about this transmission. stuff like how it differs from a 700/4L60
will the bellhousing bolt up to a SBC? etc. etc.

the bell will bolt right up it is a multi pattern.gear ratio is 2.75/1.57/1/.67.700r4 is 3.06 first .70 od

if i were too e-mail you about using this trans, would you be able to help me work out everything i would need to do to get it to work in my car?
also, how comparable dimension wise is the 200-4R to a 700/4L60?
