Help with exhaust pieces for Buick-type turboed 99 Corvette.

Greetings. I have a PT-6776 that I got to put on my 99 Corvette. One thing I need is the 3 bolt mounting flange for the exhaust inlet but I'm having trouble finding one in the parts for sale forum. What should I be looking for? I'm not sure of the terminology, is this piece called the up pipe?
And for the exhaust outlet side I don't need an entire downpipe, just the flange. Is this the elbow? And if so is it a kind of piece that you could easily weld some generic steel pipe to or should I just buy a whole downpipe?
