Im still a fairly new owner of a TR but need help. Can anyone post a pic of what the map sensor looks like and where it is mounted? Thanks.

Passenger side fender toward the back, you'll see it, look for a black plastic vacuum line going to it. By fuel pump relay, etc.

If you have an analog dash, the sensor is mounted on the passanger side inner fender panel. It's a black rectangular sensor with 3 wires and a vacuum line going to it. If you have a digital dash, you don't have one, there is a switch in it's place.

I have a digital dash so I dont have one? Why is that and what is it for?

It's only used to run the boost gauge. Digital dashes only have a boost light which is controlled by a switch mounted in basically the same place the map sensor would be mounted if you had an analog dash.
