help with overflow quart recovery i think)

I was installing the front wheel well on the passenger side of my car and i had to loosen something to cram it in. What i loosened was a JAZ products (i believe quart recovery) I have no idea what this does but when i picked it up some yellow liquid came out the end of it. Just wondering if this is okay? i did not disconnect it i just loosened the screw that was holding it down. It seems to plug into the radiator. thanks for help.
