Help!!!!

I'm still trying to dial this baby in I have a TT chip for 84/85 ecm on the chip it's says 1574, 50# street 93, 18• , 12-13 psi. Is there anything I need to set different from stock specs like iac, tps, fuel pressure??? the injectors match the chip, but in order to get it to idle smoothly I have to adjust my tps way high to .80

Fuel pressure 42lbs line off, tps .42 closed, iac anything above 0 mine sits at 15,
