Anyone get so bored that they weighed the wheels on their Buick?
Well, I did today just for fun.
Stock T-Type rim with 235/60 BFG Radial T/A = 44lbs.(front)
Stock T-Type rim with 26/10.5/15 E.T Street = 37lbs.(rear)

Gee I wonder how much the old 275/50's would have weighed..........

I think 275/50 Nittos on T-type wheels weigh 45 lbs. 275/60's BFGDR's on T-type wheels weigh 48lbs (a ton) and yet, they don't seem to slow me down any.
 
did you have tubes in the et streets? i guess that accounts for the 7 lb difference.
 
Man... I should run ET Streets all the way around just for the wieght savings! ;)
