As log as it has no leaks, it's a good deal. A new PT3000 is about $2000 so if it needs any sort of repair at all, a new cooler would be better.

That looks simular to the RXP Seadoo intercooler. There is an ebay nock off that sell for 100 you could buy 12 of them if they have an issue. I used the cheep ebay one on a RXP I had that was pushing 12 psi and I had no issues....
