hi guys got a turbo question

Hey i got a 1984 gn. I am looking to buy this turbo is this going to work for me and is it a gain in hp?

Garrett p/n 466112-1, GM p/n 25515636.A/R .60 on compressor, A/R .63 on turbine. Spins nice, wheels look great and side play on shaft is minimal.Looks like new or real low miles, the turbine housing isn't even rusty. Great turbo for your latest Buick 231 V6 project or for spare. (A182)

is this that turbo on ebay?? if not , sounds the same as the stocker, what bearings, seals, turbines do they have?? i think the stocker is good to 320hp or around there that i've read some where.
