High HC on CA smog with TT emission chip

so you need to get a 42# emission chip from TT, most chips are for performance not smog checks. the TT chip is great. also get stock visual stuff like valve cover breathers and Egr. start checking the parts for sale section. they dont seem to mind the open air cleaners
If your wastegate is internal it looks more stock to use the stock turbo cover . Get a 3" cat. or swap turbo, down pipe and cat to stock ones.
only problem with the cheeta is there is no valve cover suction port on it like the stock turbo. my buddy just has the valve cover breather pipe pushed tightly up against his cheeta turbo inlet hose and it looks like it is connected so its worth trying.
you can privately pull an inspector to the side and show him your engine. he will say whats missing and whats no big deal.
