I've got my bad pin cut...and soaking in PB Blaster...it's seized in the bushing thus not coming out...any advice? It's the bottom pin that had the worn out bushing.

make sure that you have the weight of the door on a jack so the bushing/pin is not pinched------if the pins don't stay aligned after they are cut the door is not in a "neutral" position-------also make sure that the cut edge of the pin is filed smooth and has no burrs or it will want to catch when passing through the hole---------i built a tool that grabs the pin so i can pry it out but you can probably do the same with a pair of vise grips and a pry bar.............RC
 
we caught the back on the door with a jack...had my friend picking up on the bottom of the door at the end as well to try and see if it would find a neutral spot. The pin is seized to the bushing. I'm going to go buy a pair of needle nose vice grips.
