i've been chasing a prob. with my boost.thought i fixed it when i found a vac. line that was leaking.i have checked the waste gate syliniod the actuator, and the puck and all are ok.i can only get 20# with my rod set where i used to have 24.and if i go in further no change.i have a stock intercooler with 112,000 miles.just wanted to see what everyone thinks before i pull it and take to the rad. shop.

Double check the lines that you have the boost gauge tapped into...you may in fact be getting more boost but the guage isn't reading it correctly because of a leak...had the same problem
...kept turning up the boost and it wouldn't go any higher...found a leak at the hose connection on the vacuum block...this was the line I had tapped into for my boost guage...when I replaced the piece of hose boost shot up to where it should have been...

mine at 103,000 had 3 holes in it and my buddy's with 60,000 miles on it had 4 holes in it..

it more age eating away at them than mileage

hard to say i never ran mine ..i found the leaks by having it pressure tested before i put it in my car but it was leaking so i went ahead with the p/s intercooler

it come out an 87 turbo t with 103,000 on the clock
