I have spent the past several years experimenting with Weather Beater, Valspar, Olympic, Sherwin Williams, and Behr. To this point, and only speaking to my experience, only the Behr Premium Plus holds, and only when primed first. Despite that BS about primer and paint all in one, I think that's a ploy to sell repeat idiots. Everything else I've put on has/is peeling within two years. Weather Beater didn't last the first winter even. At this point, with the same people who ran K-Mart into the ground, I wouldn't trust anything from Sears. I now have three yo Behr without sign of failure anywhere! Siding, and trim holding solid, even against my attempts to lift it w a pocket knife. With that, I'm confident to finally address this crappy looking house! I've also had luck with Benjamin Moore in another application. So there's another idea...
