horn relay location

whats up guys im wreaking my brains trying to figure out where the relay for the horn is at i located the horn wire in the column and it sends a signal but when i get to the horn wire under the hood i get no signal help me plz

its located at the convenience center thats screwed to the back of dash between the radio and the steering column
