sorry for the delay, just got it out of the car...the (two studded) bracket for this unit is for 86-87...the rest is hot-air type...no in and out play...tiny bit of up and down (normal)...will seperate the big elbow if you want...mildly polished inlet bell...please feel free to make me an offer...i know this should be in parts for sale, but i figured i'd get better exposure in here(i'll move it if i have to)...i'll promptly ship if someone can use it...please feel free to ask any questions, i'll do my best...i'll also take better photos if need be...
thanks for looking!!!

turbo

Now that turbo looks like a ta49 or t33 but anyway that friend of mine was asking me if oyu were still instered in those wheels ?

hey dfisher

the pic with 2 turbos is a stock hotair (for sale) with a 3 inch outlet... and the one on the right is a stock 86-87...looks like a ta49 but its not...i want the wheels and the t-link...lets see when we can meet...ive been swamped at work(working a full crew 7 days a week for the past 2 months)...laredogn brought me his gn keys today, in hopes that if you make it down, we can make his car run...he's going to detroit tomorrow for 2 weeks...he came over in his SWEET 2002 lightning....that thing is an animal (for a truck)...he wants someone who knows buicks to look the GN over and solve obvious issues if possible...

Early sunday morning , you going to have the turbo on so we can tune that thing ?

i dont think so...im pulling the heads to have them done since i have to change the intake gasket anyway...but, we can tune laedogn's gn...that thing should fly...but something (simple to you)is not right...

we can wait till next week if you want I kinda have a few things to do this week I would rather do both at the same time why are you pulling the heads I just did that you can change valve springs with out doing that those dont even have a 100 miles on them ? no wild boost runs on them.

whatever is most convenient for you...i dont remember you saying they were recently done...i thought you just changed the bad head gasket last time you tore it down...you mean change the springs by compressing the cylinders with air?

I change both head gaskets and installed arp head bolts now the valve springs only show signs at 5000 rpm the maf numbers would fall off and also you have felpro 1200 0r 1400 not sure but those gaskets were almost 30.00 dollars alone to pull the heads would be a waste of time to you , dont take that the wrong way just tring to save you money the car was going high 12 all the time with the current set up I would save that money and put it some were else. I know you want the car to be perfect but give it a little time enjoy the car you will be stunned I was and so are some other board members you have it all for a lot less than most and I know for sure that car will blow the doors off most hot air cars on this board 111 mph is not bad lots of 110 mph and that is with a stock torque converter ...

Do the engine harness first, well off to see a local friend run his car tonight looking for 120mph or more. talk later
