Hot air thermostat housing

I need a thermostat housings for the hot air set up. I'm not looking for a powder coated piece. I had my original one done and It warped it. Can't make it seal. I'm in 48088. I have paypal. Pics would be good if you have them.

I have two of them that are flat and original and have been glass beaded. you'd have to paint it or whatever?
