Hot wire to radio

When i turn radio off with key radio go back to am and clock time changes any

the cigarette lighter and radio memory share same fuse , cig- clk 20A fuse
if fuse is blown theres no memory

Stock or aftermarket? Aftermarket radio, sound like the ign and batt circuits are backwards
