How can I take advantage of the lt1 maf??

I know they are capable of reading over 255, so how can I get my computer to use it.....and does it really help??

...or is this a minor help?

You'll need the translator, that converts chevy code in to buick code. Ramchargers.com is where you need to look.

Technically you have to have the Translator Plus and the Extender chip. Together with the cost of the MAF about a $500 investment.

Or just go to LS1.com or any Late model camaro website and buy a used one like I did for 50 bucks.

That will save him $80, now we are at $420

Maltman already has a LT1/Translator. He needs to sell it and buy a T+ then get an extender chip... now he only needs to comeup with $250 or so.
