How can I tell what my converter stalls to?

It's in the car......I have heard that if you foot brake until you see 1lb of boost and check the RPM than that's what your stalling at. Thanks

That's to check how high you can stall at zero PSI. To check your stall in general just hold the brake press the gas pedal and see how high the engine until the RPM holds steady.
