I got one with some other parts in a trade i made and i don't know which one it is.Is their anyway to tell? I want to sell it but want to know what i have first,so i don't screw anybody over..The guy had it in his TR and just pulled it out.I saw it working and it worked fine, just not sure which version it is "if it even matters"
Thanks

Now the E-bay add

it was on a 87 T-type a buddy of mine bought a few years back.Worked fine when we puleld it off.i just found it in my storage unit.not sure of the version as i do not have a TR to test it on.Ramchargers.com said they can upgrade it for cheap if it the buyer wanted to upgraded.
I have this item listed locally and reserve the right to stop the auction early if it sells locally
No warranty with any item
E-mail me with ANY questions

They both say the same thing..That it DID in fact work fine when it was PULLED.
Now the reason i put it on ebay as a No reserve,No warranty auction was the fact that i Couldn't test it so i didn't know if it STILL worked or not..So i let it go for what someone "knowing it might not be in working shape" would pay for it..
What else could i of said to let people know it was AS IS no WARRANTY due to the fact i did not know if it worked or not?? I mean if it was new or if i knew it was in perfect condition i would of stated that. But i didn't..I stated it was no warranty..
I am a stand up guy,and have NEVER had any problems at all.I just sold a used part as is and i am getting thrown to the dogs over it..
The guy bought it,NO WARRANTY,NO way to test it just as it states on the add which he put in his bid and hit submit..
If it would of went for 20 bucks on e-bay then i would of shipped it right out just the same as i did for what it went for.
I am TRULY sorry this is happening. If i would of misrepresented the item i wouldn't hesitate to refund the guy his money..But i did not mirepresent the item.I stated very clearly the fact i couldn't test it and the fact is was sold without a warranty, and he bid on it knowing these facts.Even though he is dwelling on the fact of what was posted in a technical question "which states the same thing as the E-bay add" on here over the actual add he bid on.I see no relevence of his claim. If you read them both they say the same thing..
I have said all i can.I do not frequent this board as my post count shows. But i still hate knowing someone isn't happy over an item they bought from me.Regardless to what led up to it..
Thanks for listening
Steve
