I was curious how deep a stock tranny pan is and how deep an AC deep pan is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Ron

It's too late for me to take measurements but I can tell you that it took 12 quarts to fill the transmission with a new Art Carr 9.5" lockup torque converter and Art Carr pan.

It's not the info you were looking for but maybe it will help

Not exact measurements but from memory.
On the shallow end about 1/2" deeper than stock
On the deep end about 1-1/4 to 1-1/2" deeper than stock.

The Precision Tranny (Bruce) deepest pan takes 16 quarts of fluid for a dry or just rebuilt tranny.
