How difficult is it to change the front speakers?

To me it looks hard because the the rake of the windshield; seems to indicate that it'd be very tough to unscrew something down there and lift it out. Is it as hard as it looks?

All you need is a Torx bit to remove all of the screws out of plastic cover then it lifts out. Then you can unscrew the drivers from their holders and lift them out also, very easy.

ya its easy im replaced my front speakers..

A right angle philips screwdriver works well in getting the factory speaker fasteners out. Ratcheting type with the small bits works even better.

It's a small pain the first time but very doable. Don't try to cram in too large of drivers in there like some idiot I know, you will end up breaking the windshield....
