Sounds like someone before you tried to adjust for the bad pin by adjusting the hinges...
It's kinda of a trial and error procedure....determine which way the door needs to shift, loosen the hinges, lift up or push down on the door, snug hinge bolts, try for fit, and repeat until the body seams on the door line up with the sheet metal behind it.....
You may have to adjust the striker if the door is lined up but shifts as it moves over the striker. Simply unscrew the striker a turn or two and move it in the desired direction, tighten it up, and try the door. Play with it until the door opens and closes without dragging and the body seams are in line when the door is closed.
