How do I contact an administrator on Turbo trans Am.com

I registered there a long time ago, forgot my login and password and when I try to re-register it does not allow me to due so because my current email already has an account.

Go to the main page and look for the "USER BLOCKS" field....Then, click Forgot My Password

If that does not work, I have no clue.
