HOW DO YOU GUYS GET CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TURBOTWEAK?

I've try PM, try calling him (left message) and emailed at his website and NOTHING! I'm thinking that maybe this guys does not want my business

Guys, I am new at this GN stuff, so sorry if I sound a little bent-up; I'm just trying to get answers before buying some products
