how do I put new doors on?

Hey I am getting some fiberglass doors today and they already have the door half of the hinge mounted on them, and I was wondering how I would go about getting that pin out that connects the two halfs of the hinge. Will I have to cut it and get a new one? Because it looks like that's the only way to do it. Thanks for any help

Cut the pin and replace the bushings. I assume your going to take the spring out because with the spring in there it will tear the hell out of your fiberglass.
