How do unsubscribe to a thread?

I made the mistake of posting into a few Hellcat / Mopar threads in The Lounge. If I get one more notification about one of these but ugly tanks I think I'm going to just kill myself.

If I can't unsubscribe, I promise I'll never post into one of these threads again! Not even when I want to comment on how much I frigging hate reading about them on a Buick site!
