How would you put an intercooler on my 2002 GS? And is it hard to get more boost out of the stock supercharger? I was told to change the pulley to a smaller one? But don't you have to change the computer chip and injectors like you do on our GN's? Thanks guys. :)

Might i suggest going over to RegalGS.org and looking around there for any modification questions you might have. They have a really good tuner guide over there that has helped many people including me.

As for the intercooler, you can check out some of the selections available at wbodystore.com. The intercooler for the supercharger is different from a turbo intercooler, but they are available. In order to Up the boost you would need to change pulley sizes to a bit smaller. With an intercooler you can drop down a few more sizes than without one. You are also gonna want to do exhaust work, mainly in replacing the Downpipe with a 3". Tuning the computer isnt so bad if you just stick to really basic mods, as a new reflashed PCM is about 80-100 bucks. New injectors arent as nessecary, though always nice to have more mods.

Anyway, hope this helps and check out regalgs.org. Let me know if ya need anything!

they just released their new full sized IC for the price of the zzp SS ic. I would recommend getting a new or reprogrammed pcm if u do an IC and pulley swap, you can pick them up pretty cheap now
