How does this piece come off?

There is a piece under the header panel that bolts to the top off the core support. How does it come off is there some hidden bolts I'm not seeing?
I have all the bolts that I can see on the top off and it seems loose but it won't come out.

ok I see what you trying to do... That is part of the header panel. If your trying to get in that area take the grill insert off

I was just wanting to take that one piece off if I could.

It is glued to the header panel.

Oh come on. I couldn't have any worse luck. Thanks I will bolt it back up and go a different direction.

Yeah that long bracket that goes the length of the core support there is seam sealer on it. it can be pulled off but not when the header panel is still bolted up.
