I have one, it seemed to work good, cotton didnt really think it was a good setup to have, I had it going back into the MAF pipe or at least the guy who owned the car before me did, sounded nice too, matter of fact from reading that i might throw it back on the car, and maybe it will solve my richness problem, couldnt hurt i guess, but its a pretty good unit, only problem is that mine is purple...
 
When warm, the ecm usually does a DFCO.
Decleration Fuel Cut Off.
When that's being executed there is no false rich reading, since the fuel is off anyway.
 
Im not quite sure what you mean, or are you trying to say that the blow off valve really has no use, and it wont cause the car to be less rich?

I was curious about this, and that is one of the main reasons I asked about this BOV. One site stated that this BOV needed to be hooked up so the air was rerouted into the system. Another site said it was optional. So which is it?

I wasn't going to hook the exhaust port to anything.
